There could be so many reasons for you to join this yoga weekend. Primarily, we would like you to have the time to relax, to eat and sleep well, to have fun, have some awesome yoga classes, to get inspired, and to recharge your batteries in a peaceful environment.

What is included during this yoga weekend:

  • 2 nights at Ferme du Château in Malvoisin
  • All meals, prepared by our personal chef
  • 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners and snacks
  • All drinks (tea, juices, and yes, there will be coffee too 🙂  )
  • All yoga and meditation sessions, lessons in English
  • Courageous Me workshop by Rachel
  • Beds are made on arrival and towels are there as well
  • A lot of Fun!

The Location

In between Bouillon and Dinant, in the Ardennen.

A beautifully restored barn with a large garden and views on the fields with horses, chickens, and geese will be our home for the weekend. And home is exactly what it felt like when I first stepped into the house to take a look. Rooms are not luxurious but well equipped, and every room has an ensuite bathroom.

Car pooling is an option of course, just let me know if you’re up for that and I’ll set you up with other participants.

Our Programme for this yoga weekend

Below you can see what we could be up to during this weekend. It’s more of a general outline than a fixed progam. Timings can be a little bit different, and also our activities can be a bit different, all depending on weather conditions.

We’ll also leave enough space for adjustments in the schedule, just to be open for the unexpected and for you, to find enough room to simply relax. We might add or skip something, do an extra meditation or go for a guided walk, all depending on the weather conditions and our overall group interest.

This is your weekend, your time off, so primarily we want you to relax and enjoy yourself.

Beth Al Rikabi as our personal retreat chef!

Beth Al Rikabi will be preparing all our meals during the weekend. Prepare for utterly divine cuisine!

We have been working with Beth on many of our retreats and every time people get so incredibly inspired by her way of making vegetarian food delicious and easy to make.

During the weekend, Beth will show you just how delicious and varied a vegetarian diet can be, whilst avoiding  refined/processed products and focusing on the gifts of nature.

Beth caters effortlessly for those with allergies or intolerances and is …… in the gluten and dairy free kitchen!

The food during this yoga weekend will be truly inspiring and at the end of our retreats, people usually ask for ALL her recipes!

rachel1I have been teaching for several years now and I do what I do because it is who I am – it is what I love to do. Traveling the world and inspiring people in anyway I can. In the past four years, I have organized over 45 yoga holidays that sold out and Revealing Vajra is seen by many now as thé reference for yoga holidays, for which I am very grateful.

I live in Morocco, where every single day I can practise ‘Going with the Flow’…

I don’t take life all too seriously, nor do I see yoga as the most serious thing in the world. It’s very possible that I crack jokes here or there during our classes together…

Pranayama (breathing), meditation and yoga philosophy are part of all my lessons during this weekend. Classes will be gentle and challenging at the same time. My lessons are accessible to people who are just starting out with asanas as well as super flexi pretzel pro’s.

Recently, I get a lot of inspiration by the teachings of  Sarah Powers. Integrating Yin and Yang yoga with mindfulness, meridian work and meditation. Grateful to Gustavo Ponce for his views and more Iyengar inspired teachings and the many, less ‘famous’ Indian teachers for sharing the knowledge on traditional Hatha yoga.
