My neighbour here in Sao Martinho is going through tremendous grief but the way she is dealing with it is so impressive.

Allowing all her feelings to be there, reaching out to people that feel good, staying away from the ones that don’t know how to cope with death and grief.
Figuring out the next part of her life.
Getting in her Vitamine Sea and allowing me to drag her along into new experiences.

At some point, we all have to cope with grief and loss. Some people get to experience it way too much and way too early on in life.

Loss can be the loss of a friendship, or the loss of your job. We can grief our youth even or the life we once had.

A dramatic plea today, the drama naturally sneaks in when living in a Latin country…, to appreciate all the good that you have in your life today and to send love to the people who you know mean well.

Meditation is a simple practise that can change yo

Meditation is a simple practise that can change your life.

It teaches you to not believe your own thoughts.
It brings you to a place where you can discover what makes you happy and what gives you more anxiety.
It is such a powerful tool to understand and love yourself more.

You can start right now.

Stop doing. Sit still.
Long outbreaths.
Nothing else.

Just sit for a couple of minutes.
Aware of everything around you and within you.

And if it feels right after 2, 3 minutes: ask yourself when you feel most at peace.

Bring a situation to mind when you felt completely at peace and step into it

Call upon that feeling of feeling at peace.

That is it!

Sprinkling your day with short moments of mindfulness to stop us from overthinking and worrying.

It can be an absolute game-changer to the way you live your life.
