Next challenge starting soon, send an email to Rachel - rbATrevealingvajra.com to be the first to know about it!

In this 30 Day Meditation Challenge we will investigate the mind. To get a sense of why we do the things that we do.
Meditation is the ultimate tool to increase our mental health and create more awareness in our daily life. Scientific evidence proves that meditation can be helpful to fight chronic illnesses and increase our mental stability. Meditation is a way to establish or re-establish your body-mind connection and to start feeling better, day by day.

Every session is 30 minutes long and given via Zoom.
For 30 days, every single day, I will hold the space for you and guide you.
At 7AM London Time.

You can turn your camera on to connect with others, or not, it’s all good.
We will know that you are there, you will know that we are there.

In every session we follow the same pattern to get you into a routine, to establish patterns and to gently guide you through.
After a short introduction, I will explain the technique and we meditate together.

In my teachings, there is a strong influence from Tibetan Buddhism and the Yoga philosophy.
This means that I will introduce shamatha (concentration) and vipasyana (insight) techniques, as well as concentrative techniques from the Yoga traditions over the course of 30 days.

30 Day Meditation Challenge, starting June 28th!

During this 30 day Meditation Challenge, we will take the time to zoom into different techniques.
Different types of meditation will have different benefits and you will notice the difference.

This 30 Day Meditation Challenge is for both seasoned practitioners and for beginners. Even for people who have never meditated before!

Meditating together, with people from all over the world is a powerful and transformative experience.
And, I can assure you that you will feel better after these 30 days.
Everything you need is already inside of you‘, you just need to show up.

I hope to see you soon! If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate contacting me.

This retreat is now over for this year..

Please contact Rachel at rb@revealingvajra.com to find out about dates next year or other Revaling Vajra retreats.

How does it work?

Every day, at 7AM London Time, you can tune into a 30 Minute LIVE stream (private, secured link on Zoom) to Meditate together with people from all over the world. In our last program, we had people from 13 different countries, showing up, every single day!

The idea is to meditate every single day so the daily recording will only be up for 24 hours.

I will hold the space for you and guide you.
You can turn your camera on to connect with others, or not, it’s all good.

You can be in pyjamas, in bed or fully dressed up, really, it’s all good. We will know that you are there, you will know that we are there.

The actual meditation practise is 20 minutes and we have 10 minutes of pranayama (breathing exercises).

In every session we follow the same pattern to get you into a routine, to establish patterns and to gently guide you through.
After a short introduction, I will explain the technique and we meditate together.

30 minutes, every single day

Your Meditation and Yoga TeacherRachel Bonkink

For the past decade, my mission is to teach meditation and yoga to find a way to release anxiety and increase joy with as many people as possible.

With a degree in economics, a corporate career as a high fly COO and a passion for Yoga philosophy, I’m probably not your ordinary yoga teacher.

My teachings are highly influenced by lama Alan Wallace and every year, I follow at least 2-3 (silent) retreats or trainings as a student, to recharge myself.

Teaching Yoga asana started, wonderfully cliché, in Rishikesh with a Hatha Yoga – Ashtanga teacher training about ten years ago. Ever since, I continued following teacher trainings with incredible teachers like Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers, Bernie Clarke, John Stirk, Gustavo Ponce and many more.

At the same time, I really enjoy attending manic events with Tony Robbins or catch up with Joe Dispenza‘s findings. It’s about gathering as many perspectives on Meditation, Yoga and personal development as I can.

Flex Your Mind Rachel Bonkink

I’m ridiculously excited about the release date of my book, Flex your Mind, which will come out on July 23rd.

It gives a roadmap to the ten principles of yama and niyama of the Yoga philosophy by Patanjali.

That might sound a bit stuffy but this is not a book for scholars, on the contrary, it’s there to make this ancient knowledge as accessible as possible!

Preparation: Set up your Practice

Before our 30 Day Meditation Challenge starts, you will have access to several videos, explaining the different breathing techniques. This will prepare you for the challenge.
In order to really get the best out of these 30 days.
The videos will also have information about creating the space, a meditation posture and so on.

What to do next? Price

Times are challenging and many have financial insecurities so there is the option to select how much you want to pay.

  • 95 Euro – advised, considering the offer or,
  • 75 Euro – this is the middle way or,
  • 49 Euro – for people who are financially insecure at the moment

If 49 Euro, which is the absolute minimum for what I offer, is still out of reach for you at the moment and, you are serious about a daily meditation routine, please get in touch with me and we’ll find a way to make it work. It is my personal mission to get as many people as possible into a routine of meditating regularly.

I trust that you will be honest in how much you can contribute so that we can all support each other.

Testimonials

This was my 3rd Retreat with Rachel, albeit my first virtual one. It was equally as awesome in a different setting across uncertain times, but the quality, content and delivery were exceptional as always. I am currently working full time at home so the scheduling was a winner for me.
I joined the Live sessions when I could and caught up with all the other valuable elements that had been recorded, so I felt like I never missed out. The other three wonderful ladies facilitating this Retreat along with Rachel, were Hayley, Karen, and Beth all had whom were equally fantastic, and gifted and again their approach and warmth was again fantastic, I learnt a lot across a short time with them all.

My favourite part of this Retreat were the daily guided meditations a truly positive and uplifting way to start and end my day. Setting my intention for the day is something I will continue to do!
So all in all another inspiring, positive and engaging week, from the comfort of my home connecting with people across the world whilst we all try to live our best life across lockdown.
Thank you so much! My only wish is that we could do this each and every week!

From our Virtual May Retreat

This online retreat has been a Union of Meditation techniques with the intention of encouraging us to understand who we are. With principles of Yoga and how to use them in our daily life; yoga classes with great depth; great!

From our Virtual May Retreat

I very much enjoyed this week with you and the other participants - being connected is what I'm missing these days, and that's what this retreat gave me, the connection to like minded people. To start the day with meditation and to finish the day with meditation, to calm the body, speech and mind! And to move the body while doing Yoga! You made my last 7 days! Thank you so much - I'll be back for sure! My heart is full, and I'm grateful! Much love to you all!

From our Virtual May Retreat
