We want you to be completely worry-free during this yoga weekend, or at least, as much as possible so all transfers are included in the price of your retreat.
No hassle, no stress. Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport if you arrive on the 1st of December and depart on the 4th of December.
You just need to arrange your flights to and from the Milan area.
We hereby send you some practical information.
The Milan area has three airports: Bergamo Orio Al Serio (30 km from Ti Sana), Milano Linate (41 km from Ti Sana) and Milano Malpensa (82 km from Ti Sana).
From there, transfers will be arranged for you.
Depending on your country of departure, there will be different airlines available to fly into Milan. Alitalia, Ryanair and Transavia usually offer very competitive rates, so please check on their website for fares from your country of departure.
Thursday is our arrival day.
Ideally, you arrive on site around 16:00, right in time for our evening class at 18:00.
The optimum flight arrival time for all, is as close to 14:00 as possible. This will give you enough time to settle in and start your weekend yoga retreat in a relaxed way.
The 4th of December is our departure day.
We have scheduled a morning yoga class and breakfast.
After lunch, we end our all inclusive program.
Our personal Chef, Hayley North
We are in for a true Treat on this yoga weekend Italy with Hayley North as our chef.
She will be nourishing us with the most delicious meals, all nutritionally balanced and 95% vegan. The meals will help support us in all possible ways.
The main idea is to Detox your Body and Mind.
With Detox, we mean: Giving your digistive system a rest by nourishing our body with clean, healthy and nutritious foods.
We will be eating gluten free, total refined sugar free and we will be eating a lot of veggies, wild foods, superfoods and tonic herbs. If this is very different from your normal way of eating, we recommend reducing your intake of coffee, alcohol and sugar in the days prior to the yoga weekend.
No alcohol is served during this weekend.

My classes during this yoga weekend will help you to detox your mind and body.
The main idea is to enjoy your practice. Asanas, breathing techniques and various meditation techniques will be covered, in order for you to completely relax and (learn how to) feel your body.
I have studied many different styles of yoga in various countries. I studied with Sarah Powers, Gustavo Ponce and many many others. From the start Hatha, Kundalini and Yin classes have been my favorite classes to teach. They will challenge body and mind, and they will bring you very close to the real definition of yoga of Stilling the Mind.
At the same time, we will work on your core, neck, shoulders and back.
Giving you tips and inspiration on how to continue with a great yoga and meditation practise at home.
I am an experienced personal life coach and I have successfully guided hundreds of people over the past years on my retreats, in my practice in Antwerp and Marrakech.
During my retreats, I offer the possibility of having private sessions. At no extra cost as I’m really curious and interested in the people that come to my retreats. These sessions are a perfect opportunity to get to know each other a little better.
Before I founded Revealing Vajra, I built on a strong corporate career. At a certain point, being COO/CEO, managing huge international teams on three different continents. This unique combination – a deep understanding of corporate life alongside a vast experience of mind-body trainings and retreats – gives these yoga holidays and retreats a very POWERFUL edge.
I have been teaching for several years now and I do what I do because it is who I am – it is what I love to do. Traveling the world and inspiring people in anyway I can.
Pranayama (breathing), meditation and a bit of philosophy are always part of all my lessons.

There are no partial refunds for late arrivals or if you need to leave the retreat early.
Refunds depend on the timing of your cancellation:
A 90% refund will be provided on cancellations, up to 60 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat.
A 50% refund will be provided on cancellations between 30-59 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat.
No refunds will be provided on cancellation between 29-0 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat.
