In this 21 Day Meditation Adventure we will investigate the mind. To get a sense of why we do the things that we do.
Meditation is the ultimate tool to increase our mental health and create more awareness in our daily life. Scientific evidence proves that meditation can be helpful to fight chronic illnesses and increase our mental stability. Meditation is a way to establish or re-establish your body-mind connection and to start feeling better, day by day.

Every session is 30 minutes long and given via Zoom.
For 21 days, every single day, I will hold the space for you and guide you.
Over 10 hours of private meditation teachings.
At 7AM UK Time.

You can turn your camera on to connect with others, or not, it’s all good.
We will know that you are there, you will know that we are there.

In every session we follow the same pattern to get you into a routine, to establish patterns and to gently guide you through.
After a short introduction, I will explain the technique and we meditate together.

In my teachings, there is a strong influence from Tibetan Buddhism and the Yoga philosophy.
This means that I will introduce shamatha (concentration) and vipasyana (insight) techniques, as well as concentrative techniques from the Yoga traditions over the course of 21 days.

21 Day Meditation Adventure, 11th Edition to start soon!!

Meditating together, with people from all over the world is a powerful and transformative experience.
And, I can assure you that you will feel better after these 21 days.

How does it work?

Every day, at 7AM London Time /8AM CET, you can tune into a 30 Minute LIVE stream (private, secured link on Zoom) to Meditate together with people from all over the world. In our last program, we had people from 13 different countries, showing up, every single day!

The idea is to meditate every single day so the daily recording will only be up for 48 hours.

I will hold the space for you and guide you. By the end of the 21 days, you will have had hours of teachings!
You can turn your camera on to connect with others, or not, it’s all good.

You can be in pyjamas, in bed or fully dressed up, really, it’s all good. We will know that you are there, you will know that we are there.

The actual meditation practise is between 15-24 minutes, every day we practice pranayama (breathing exercises).

In every session we follow the same pattern to get you into a routine, to establish patterns and to gently guide you through.
After a short introduction, I will explain the technique and we meditate together.

Your Meditation TeacherRachel Bonkink

For the past decade, my mission is to teach meditation and yoga to find a way to release anxiety and increase joy with as many people as possible.

With a degree in economics, a corporate career as a high fly COO and a passion for Yoga philosophy, I’m probably not your ordinary yoga teacher.

My teachings are highly influenced by lama Alan Wallace and every year, I follow at least 2-3 (silent) retreats or trainings as a student, to recharge myself. Luckily, the lockdown situation hasn’t changed that. I have followed more trainings on pranayama, meditation and yin yoga.

Teaching Yoga asana started, wonderfully cliché, in Rishikesh with a Hatha Yoga – Ashtanga teacher training about ten years ago. Ever since, I continued following teacher trainings with incredible teachers like Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers, Bernie Clarke, John Stirk, Gustavo Ponce and many more.

At the same time, I really enjoy attending manic events with Tony Robbins or catch up with Joe Dispenza‘s findings. It’s about gathering as many perspectives on Meditation, Yoga and personal development as I can.

Flex Your Mind Rachel Bonkink

I’m ridiculously excited about the release of my book, Flex your Mind.

It gives a roadmap to the ten principles of yama and niyama of the Yoga philosophy by Patanjali.

That might sound a bit stuffy but this is not a book for scholars, on the contrary, it’s there to make this ancient knowledge as accessible as possible! You can order it here.

So why should you join this 30 Day Meditation Challenge?

It is scientifically proven that meditation heals.

Meditation can help you to feel more free, to lessen your anger and strengthen your physical and mental immune system.

Feel connected with a global community, with real people who you can actually see every single morning.

You will have a teacher there for you, every single day. Guiding you and holding the space.

If you miss the live at 7AM, you can still catch up that day with the recording.

Finally break through and go from trying to meditate every day to becoming a practitioner.

Release anxiety and sleep better.

You will feel better, stronger and lighter after completing the 21 days.
