Your Daily Programme
Below you can see what a ‘typical’ day could look like. We will give you the full program of the week once you arrive. We’ll also leave enough space for adjustments in the schedule, just to be open for the unexpected and for you, to find enough room to simply relax.
We might add a workshop or go for a guided walk, all depending on the weather conditions and overall group interest. Being open and ready to explore is what most participants have in common and what makes our weeks so incredibly special.
This is your time, your holiday, so if you want to skip a class or a workshop that is absolutely fine. Although we believe you will find the program stimulating and fun, primarily we want you to relax and enjoy yourself.
Three and a half hours of yoga a day may sound way too much, especially when you have never done yoga before or when you’re a beginner. Not to worry, this is not a boot camp and we’ll make sure you stay within your limits.
Typical day example
07:30 Pranayama, Yoga and Meditation program
The meditation and yoga programs are a soft approach to what may become part of your daily life. Through meditation and yoga, people from around the world and of all level of society have reached incredible results in balancing body, mind and spirit.
Every class will be different, in style but also in the way you experience it. The different styles will depend on the group, for sure included are: Hatha, Yin, Yin/Yang and Kundalini. Towards the end of the week we usually fit in a more Ashtanga inspired class. At least one class will focus on your personal alignment and optimizing your asana postures.
09:30 Breakfast
11:30 Massage
1 massage per person is offered during this week.
If you would like more pampering, you can add more massages or other treatments
13:00 Lunch
17:00 Restorative yoga – 1,5 hour
The restorative yoga classes are gentle yoga classes to rejuvenate your body.
19:00 Dinner
There is also a Silent Day in our program.
A day to experience silence and to simply contemplate.
Breakfast and lunch are served in silence.
An ideal opportunity to explore how it is not to have any real communication.
Most guests do not look forward to this day but afterwards, many refer to this day as being one of their favorite moments!
Your Host
My classes will help you to focus on enjoying your practice and gaining new insights into your body, mind and the yoga philosophy. Asanas, breathing techniques and various meditation techniques will be covered during the week, in order for you to easily figure out what suits you best.
I have studied many different styles of yoga in various countries. I studied with Sarah Powers, Gustavo Ponce and many many others and from the start Hatha, Kundalini and Yin classes have been my favorite classes to teach. They will challenge body and mind, and they will bring you very close to the real definition of yoga of Stilling the Mind.
I am an experienced personal life coach and I have successfully guided hundreds of people over the past years on my retreats, in my practice in Antwerp and via Skype.
During my retreats, I offer the possibility of having private sessions. At no extra cost as I’m really curious and interested in the people that come to my retreats. These sessions are a perfect opportunity to get to know each other a little better.
During these sessions, we can zoom in a little closer on how you can bring more balance into your daily life, or on how to get a grip on your thoughts, or on how to choose and manifest happiness, or something completely different. It’s up to you!
Before I founded Revealing Vajra, I built on a strong corporate career. At a certain point, being COO/CEO, managing huge international teams on three different continents. This unique combination – a deep understanding of corporate life alongside a vast experience of mind-body trainings and retreats – gives these yoga holidays and retreats a very POWERFUL edge.
I have been teaching for several years now and I do what I do because it is who I am – it is what I love to do. Traveling the world and inspiring people in anyway I can.
Pranayama (breathing), meditation and a bit of philosophy are always part of all my lessons.
I am happy to discuss your expectations and see if this luxury yoga and detox retreat is right for you. I welcome any and all questions or concerns you may have and invite you to email me at: rb@revealingvajra.com, or give me a call on +32 476 204 121.
This retreat is now over for this year..

Transportation
We want you to be completely worry-free during this holiday, or at least, as much as possible so all transfers are included in the price of your retreat.
No hassle, no stress. Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport if you arrive on the 30th of July and depart on the 6th of August.
You just need to arrange your flights to and from the Milan area.
We hereby send you some practical information.
The Milan area has three airports: Bergamo Orio Al Serio (30 km from Ti Sana), Milano Linate (41 km from Ti Sana) and Milano Malpensa (82 km from Ti Sana).
From there, transfers will be arranged for you.
Depending on your country of departure, there will be different airlines available to fly into Milan. Alitalia, Ryanair and Transavia usually offer very competitive rates, so please check on their website for fares from your country of departure.
Saturday is our arrival day. There is no yoga program foreseen, besides dinner, as people will be flying in from all over the world. We will start our lessons on Sunday morning. The optimum flight arrival time for all, is as close to 16:00 as possible. This will give you enough time to settle in and start your retreat in a relaxed way.
The 6th of August is our departure day. Besides breakfast, no other activities are foreseen. We end our yoga classes on Friday evening.
We would like to encourage you to book your flights as early as possible as flight prices rise steeply over time. Unless you’re driving to Italy yourself, in that case, happy travels in the Italian traffic…
Please let us know in advance your full travel itinerary, your flight details: airport and time of arrival/departure.
If you have any further questions related to your journey to Ti Sana, just give us a ring or drop us an email.
Arriving earlier and/or staying longer at Ti Sana is not a problem. Just let us know and we will put you in contact with the wonderful staff, and they will be happy to help you out (everyone speaks English J).

Part of the anticipation and enjoyment of the trip is considering what you are going to be doing and planning and packing. This includes happy anticipation and mindful preparation for the nice retreat you are going to participate in.
Main thing is not to worry, simply enjoy the preparations.

Digital Detox….
It’s ok to bring your smart phones and laptops but maybe you could gently inform the home front that you might not be very responsive this week?
There is Wifi in all common areas and even in the rooms although we highly recommend to go for a Digital Detox.
It’s so rare to be able to log off, and tune into new things. It’s a common fact also that a digital detox highly upgrades your entire retreat experience. It’s only when we are able to tune out completely that we allow ourselves to fully relax and rejuvenate.
We do ask to not bring you phones to the dining table and to switch them off during class.
Special Diets
We are in for a true Treat with Hayley North as our chef this week. She will be feeding us with the most delicious meals, all nutritionally balanced and 95% vegan. The meals will help support us in all possible ways.
We will be eating gluten free, total refined sugar free and we will be eating a lot of veggies, wild foods, superfoods and tonic herbs. If this is very different from your normal way of eating, we recommend reducing your intake of coffee, alcohol and sugar in the days prior to the retreat.
No alcohol is served during the week.
On Friday evening, there is the possibility to have alcohol during our closing dinner.
What to do next?
Prices include full board accommodation, transfers, all yoga lessons, workshops, excursion, walks, use of all the facilities, one full-length treatment per person and even more.

Thank you so much for the incredible week I had at in Italy.
I was looking for me time, detox and de-stress and have found it all this week.
Your lessons were so nice and divers, the food was great, the staff was so supporting and the massages were divine.
I can recommend it to everyone who's looking for peace and relaxation of body and mind.

Very grateful to have stumbled on this yoga retreat. It’s the 3rd time that I have been on a yoga holiday but without a doubt, this was the best experience.
Rachel was so welcoming from day 1. It’s relaxing and zen to just be around her.
She was able to allow me to relax, despite experiencing two traumatic events during the retreat.
I got so much out of the experience and I felt at home.
It was, for me, life changing I would say, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do more of Rachel’s retreats!

Kathryn Blakemore, UK
We came here to celebrate my 21st and my mom’s 60th birthday.
We had a really lovely time, all this vegetarian food, nice yoga lessons and beautiful walks.
I loved the people, had really nice talks, laughs and also enough me-time.
It was a perfectly balanced week with both activities and relaxation.
Getting to know yourself, even better, letting go of negative thoughts: loved it.
When I get home, I will definitely try to keep this good feeling and vibes, heaving left some stuff I don’t need anymore in Ibiza!
