We work in a clear structure.

Awareness.
Seeing, without distortion, what is there.

The moment you stop arguing with reality.

Deciding what changes. Concretely.

Moving into action in a way that holds.

Not as ideas.

As something you experience directly.

The entry points

We approach this from different angles.

Meditation, four times a day.
Not to calm down, but to see how your mind actually operates. Where it supports you and where it subtly keeps you exactly where you are.

Breathwork and somatic work.
Slowing down enough to feel what sits underneath your thinking.

Where tension is held.
Where emotion is stored.
Where your body has been carrying what your mind avoids.

Two full days without your phone.

No distraction.
No escape. Long enough to move past the surface.

We look at your nervous system under pressure.

Where you move into avoidance.
Where you hold back.

And which patterns are still shaping your decisions.

About Rachel

For over 15 years, I have been guiding people through deep inner work.

As a certified coach, meditation teacher and author, I combine a strong foundation in the workings of the human mind with a direct, practical approach.

My background in the corporate world allows me to work with people who are used to performing at a high level, but sense that something deeper needs to shift.

My work is rooted in Buddhist psychology, with a deep understanding of the nervous system and how patterns are formed and maintained.

I practise what I preach.

In my work, in my relationships, in my body and in the way I move through life, I follow what is true, even when it asks something from me.

What I bring is the ability to see quickly what is actually going on, and guide people to act on it.

The place

The south of Puglia carries a quiet kind of beauty.

Turquoise water.
Long beaches.
Olive fields that stretch endlessly.

A place that feels both refined and real.

The environment is effortless.

The depth comes from the process.

You are taken care of:

Clarity sessions late morning and late afternoon. Every session has guided meditations.
Space in between to walk, rest, go to the beach or let things land.

Two full days without your phone.

Evenings slow down.

Yin yoga.
Dinner together.

There is one afternoon to step out. Time at the coast. A visit to Gallipoli.

The rest of the week is intentionally focused.

I have done many trainings and coachings. This was the first time I could not hide behind thinking. Precise. Confronting. Supportive.

If you want to stay a little longer and explore more of Puglia, there is a separate two day extension available.

This is outside of the retreat structure.

Everything can be organised for you.
Hotels, transportation and guidance.

Places you can visit include:

Lecce, often called the Florence of the South
Alberobello, known for its unique trulli houses
Polignano a Mare, one of the most idyllic coastal towns
Grottaglie, known for ceramics and atmosphere

The retreat itself remains focused.

This extension is simply there if you want to combine depth with exploration.
